PRIVACY POLICY

This website is operated by Breeze LB in Lebanon. This policy explains what information the website handles and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. What this website stores on your device

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website saves three small items in your browser’s local storage, only on your device:

• That you confirmed you are 18 or older, so you are not asked on every visit.
• The flavors and quantities in your order, so your order is still there if you reload the page.
• That you closed the cookie notice.

We cannot see these items. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

2. Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and gives us only totals, not information about you personally.

3. When you order on WhatsApp

The order form does not send anything to our servers. When you tap “Send order on WhatsApp”, the details you typed (your name, area, address and notes) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

When you send the message, we receive it together with your WhatsApp name and phone number. We use this information only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order and to answer your questions. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta. Its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like all web hosts, Cloudflare processes basic technical information (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

5. How long we keep information

Order messages stay in our WhatsApp chat history. You can ask us on WhatsApp to delete your messages and order details, and we will do so unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.

6. Adults only

This website is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
